Introduction to Role:
Join our dynamic IT team at AstraZeneca as a Lead Consultant – Business Analyst. This role offers the opportunity to deliver small to medium size business change activities, either independently or as part of a team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality business cases and process designs, ensuring that proposed solutions meet AstraZeneca’s quality and compliance standards. This role requires high levels of interactive communication, inclusion, and cultural sensitivity.
Accountabilities:
As a Lead Consultant – Business Analyst, you will be expected to understand and prioritize business requirements from multiple stakeholders, interpret these requirements for easy analysis and decision making, and provide insight & innovation to projects within your specialist area. You will also facilitate and lead design sessions with the business and implementation team to identify functional and technical requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining project scope and goals for small projects, planning and managing activities to meet deliverables and deadlines, and communicating with stakeholders to transfer relevant knowledge to delivery teams.

– Proven experience of successfully deploying a variety of business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change

– Cross industry business awareness/business domain knowledge
