RISK HEAD – AVP/VP – BFSI – Chartered Accountant or CFA or MBA / PGDM

– Qualified Chartered Accountant or CFA or MBA / PGDM from a reputed institution with minimum 12 years post qualification experience in managing risks (at least 5 years’ experience at senior roles)
– Identification, Analysis and Monitoring of strategic risks, emerging risks, financial and operational risks
– Building an Enterprise Risk Framework and carry out periodical reviews
– Identification and monitoring of key risk indicators at enterprise as well as process level for all functions and put in place a mitigation plan in collaboration with function heads
– Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA)
– Crisis Management and Business Continuity
– Building and Monitoring Risk Registers for key processes and products to identify inherent and managed risk levels
– Review key risks at the stage of new processes / products / applications development and any modifications.
– Function under the guidance and directions of Risk Management Committee
– Manage meetings of Risk Management Committee including tracking of actionable
– Root cause analysis of incidents reported and corresponding actions
– Assist management in effective management of enterprise and functional risks
– Providing trainings to employees on risk management.
– Relevant experience in BFSI sector, most preferably in a regulated entity
