Position Specification
Education: MBA – Marketing
Experience: 10-12 years total experience, out of which at least 5+ years in Social Media Marketing and ORM
Role summary:
A key position within the marketing team, this role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate is a stellar leader and team player with a proven ability to deliver across numerous social platforms with a wide variety of stakeholders. S/he is hyper-enthusiastic, culturally literate, has a strong work ethic and is up-to-date on ever-evolving digital and social media trends. S/he is equally able to identify how brand content translates perfectly into the social space as well as which digital/social trends and analytics might be beneficial to our brand.
Role Description:
– Lead the strategy and ongoing evolution of the brand tone-of-voice across all social channels. The incumbent is responsible for owning and managing all the social media channels for the brand
– Work with the CMO for go-to-market social strategies, inclusive of large-scale content activations & influencer/celebrity partnerships
– Work cross functionally between Brand & Marcom, Performance and Digital Assets team & other key teams to lead multi-platform digital/social content, marketing promotions and collaborative efforts that satisfy brand marketing strategies
– Develop and deliver the creative plan across all social media channels
– Responsible for content production : define content, schedule, budget & coordinate execution.
– Audience Development : Grow audiences and increase engagement, by implementing both organic activations and paid media campaigns & build creative and innovative digital experiences for fans
– Lead the team’s timely deliverable of consistent reporting (ie: campaign recaps, monthly reports, etc) to senior and brand leadership teams
– Budgeting & Finance : manage & monitor social media marketing budgets
– Responsible for developing an ORM strategy and managing the Online Reputation for the brand
– Responsible for developing the digital media strategy for all digital campaigns, monitoring & optimisation of campaigns.
