Role Summary: The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in electrical engineering, with hands-on experience in servicing industrial machinery. Key responsibilities:
Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of HVLS Fans and Docking Equipment (Dock Levelers, Edge of Dock Levelers, etc.) at customer sites and coordinate with vendors for the same.
Coordination with customer to schedule installation/ maintenance/ repair activities.
Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot technical problems.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Document service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
Provide training and technical support to customers and internal teams as needed.
Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies while working on-site.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product features, technical specifications, and industry trends.
AMC Selling and Spare Parts selling experiencing will be an added advantage.

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering, preferably in HVLS Fans and/ or Docking Equipment.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Languages: English (Critical), Hindi (Critical).
Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word.
Other:
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Valid driving license and ability to drive.
Should be willing to work at height.
Experience: Proven experience of atleast 4 years in servicing and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment, preferably HVLS Fans and/or Dock Levelers.
