1. Work on coordinating with Hr and Recruitment team to
identify staffing needs
2. Work on contacting the applicants via calls
and emails to get to know them for screening
purposes
3. Coordinate with HR team to understand the selection criteria.
4. Work proactively with the candidate sourcing
team to get the list of candidates for each
position.
5. Plan interview and selection procedures,
including screening calls, assessments and
in-person interviews
6. Assess candidate information, including
resumes and contact details, using our applicant
tracking system (ATS)
