Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Market: US
Shifts: 6pm to 4am IST
Salary: Not a constraint for the right person
We are looking for professionals with strong communication and research skills. We deliver integrated recruitment solutions to Fortune 500 companies.
Responsibilities:
- Quickly understand the nuances of client company’s job requirements
- Create strategies and prepare work plans
- Build target candidate profiles using various tools like job boards, attraction marketing and social media networking
- Discuss the opportunity and conduct phone screens
- Gather market intelligence related to the project
- Assess and qualify suspects
- Keep the Team lead and other stakeholders abreast of project activities & updates
- Perform with limited supervision
Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
- Ability to do internet research
- Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) skills
- 2 years of relevant experience in active / passive recruitment preferred
