About the Company
This fast growing company in the healthcare space is redefining nutrition for neonatal care.
The incumbent will be required to take on full P&L responsibility including field deployment, business development, new product development, plant operations, brand strategy and revenue generation
Responsibilities
The role will be to ensure the rapid scaling up of the business to ensure the company reaches its ambitious growth targets over the next 3 years and benefit from opportunities that this shall bring. Specifically:
– To lead the company to achieve revenue targets with P&L responsibility
– Strategizing the sales and marketing strategies and introducing the product in the market to make it an OTC product
– Managing overall strategic operations related to Marketing and other related operations
– Leading teams towards goals
– Developing & strengthening relationships with sales team to successfully execute plans
– Drafting budgets and taking strategic decisions; ensuring movement towards achieving the same on time
– Drafting strategies to tackle competition /Substitutes
– Identifying and developing new market segments and launching new products across the same
– Leading team, initiating efforts to boost the overall team performance and as a result generate results
– Defining organizational goals and drafting marketing strategies towards achieving the same
– Ensuring effective implementation of the marketing strategy; analyzing & rectifying the variance, if any
Qualifications/Experience
– At least 10-15yrs experience and in a P&L capacity for the last 2 -3 years
– Pharma/Healthcare experience of at least 2-3 years is required
– Full time MBA from a Tier 1 institute
– Excellent communication skills, ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders on a pan India level
– Strong Relationships & People Management Skills
– Should have led a good team size
– Should have good understanding of the overall market
– Strong oral and written communication skills. – Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze & resolve problems.
– Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement

– The incumbent should possess exemplary leadership skills and should be able to imbibe the same in his/ her subordinates and peers.
– Understanding of the pharma/healthcare segment in India.
– The incumbent should possess concept development and creative prowess to be able to launch new ideas in the market
– The incumbent should be able to handle different aspects of the business such as operations, development, production, sales, marketing and be able to handle responsibilities of a business head
