We require DTR meter installer to be hired for installation of Smart meters and DTR meters in our clients location in Assam (Bongaigaon)
Responsibilities:
1) Installing new single / multiple phase smart meters or replacing existing traditional meters with smart meters in the consumer’s premises individually, as guided by the supervisors and Recording meter reading and installation data in MDM App. and upload photos of meters.
2) Perform effective troubleshooting to identify malfunctions and repair damage units.
3) To ensure resolve errors received while installing meters.
4) Explain to the customer, how to read the meter and how to get the best output by using an electrical smart meter.
4) Maintenance related follow up of installed meters based on complaint
