Role : SAP Concure Analyst
Experience: 6 – 10 years
Location: Gurgoan (Hybrid)
Job Description:
- Implement and configure SAP Concur solutions to meet organizational requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to travel and expense management.
- Provide end-user training on SAP Concur functionalities and ensure ongoing user support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Concur with other enterprise systems.
- Enforce compliance with travel and expense policies through system configuration.
- Contribute to the efficiency of travel and expense processes by identifying areas for improvement.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP Concur updates and features.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills for conveying technical information to end-users and collaborating with different teams.
- Support project management efforts related to SAP Concur implementations and upgrades.
