Job Role
We are searching for a reliable, organized Management Trainee to join our organization. The management trainee’s responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, which may include, performing duties in different departments, gaining knowledge of operations, attending meetings and workshops, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation. You should also be able to complete any required evaluations.
Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office
Salary Range: 1 LPA- 4 LPA
Experience: Fresher or 1+ Year experience
Preferred Qualification: Any Management Degree
Responsibilities:
Responsible for taking training of all the department
Aiding in the process of developing and instituting policies, performance goals, and objectives
Creating projects and oral presentations
Identifying trends and then developing recommendations based on the information gathered
Working with established client accounts
Observing and training with experienced staff to learn about the standards, procedures and methods used to be effective within each department
Learning about the various functions and operations for all employees, as well as the practices and policies that impact each phase of the business.
Good analytical – You must be comfortable with basic excel and be willing to trial Google Docs
Requirements:
Experience in a management role or similar.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Superb attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Willingness to work overtime if required.
Excellent time management skills.
