Description:
This role entails 100% remote work from home, requiring consistent collaboration with the Project Manager and/or Technical Head. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree and a proactive, self-learning attitude.
Job Type: Full Time
Compensation: + Sales Bonus
Working Duration and Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST
Working Days: Monday to Friday + Saturday Half-Time
Check-In: Your first check-in will be in 45 days. If you haven’t met your sales targets by then, further assessment will be conducted. The second check-in will be in 90 days.
Location: Remote, Screen sharing and calls needed
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure data, analytics, and software projects and clients in the USA, leveraging platforms such as Upwork, Google Ads, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.
- Apply for contracts and projects on various platforms including Fiverr, Toptal, Website, Upwork, Email, and Linkedin.
- Set up and manage revenue and sales goals.
- Oversee new sales, bill clients at the end of every week, and forecast next week’s sales.
- Collaborate with HR and Management to identify new sales opportunities and technology trends.
- Work closely with Field Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, IP Relations, and Finance to provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales projections on a weekly basis.
- Follow up on and qualify customer leads, passing them to the Technology team.
- Mentor new hires as needed and collaborate within the Marketing team.
Requirements:

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Supervisor.
- Maintain high ethical standards on client projects and ensure data security.
- Attend meetings with the Technical Head to understand project requirements.
- Must have a personal laptop for assigned projects.
- Availability to receive calls during assigned work hours.
- Basic knowledge in Excel & Google Sheets.
