Responsibilities: Inbound/Outbound Calls II Data Entry
• Inform customers about the company’s products/services and offers
• Manage inbound/outbound customer calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
• Maintaining and updating database with relevant customer information
• Comfortable with working on laptop/desktop, entering data etc
• Addressing clients’ uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
• Should be efficient in making data entries on the system
• Should be efficient in MS-Office and G-Suite
Preferable 4+ year on S/4 HANA & SAP Certified (not mandatory). At-least 3 to 4 full end to end implementations....
