Consulting Managers within ECES – US, partners with Marketing on Targeting & Eligibility strategies withing marketing journey, to reach our Consumer and Commercial customers with relevant offers. They are subject matter experts on the targeting & eligibility process and provide recommendations and solutions to help marketing reach their goals. These Managers partner closely with Execution teams to ensure timely, accurate customer list execution and delivery into the market. They work to resolve complex problems, conduct analyses, and are also responsible for identifying and leading process improvements that drive efficiency and automation in campaign execution. In addition, a big part of the job is providing marketers with training and guidance on the list execution process.
Key Responsibilities:
Excellent understanding of marketing operations
Experience working with data and marketing platforms like Unica or Redpoint
Big data platform/programing (Hive, PySpark etc.) skills preferred.
A good understanding of how to research and analyze new campaign requirements.
Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain things clearly.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines, even under tight timelines.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to foster good relationships.
Solution oriented approach towards problem-solving.
Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with the latest business requirements and directions.
Ability to work equally well individually or with a team.
Knowledge of and experience with using DART, UNICA and CMS tools.
Be able to lead & collaborate to drive process efficiency projects across product and process teams.
Provide Stakeholder & Change Management support for all short- and medium-term change/enhancement in the tools and processes.
Be able to generate insights from cardmember data, campaign execution trends and provide potential solutions to them for optimal product/feature build/changes.
Responsible to create/maintain future scalability, cross-training, and enhancements.
Lead a diverse and highly motivated team.
Build trust with and inspire the team.
Critical Factors to Success:
Extensive hands on experience in Marketing List Execution using tools such as UNICA, DART & CMS
Excellent project management, stakeholder management, collaborating & negotiation skills.
Self-starter and ability to generate new ideas in an ambiguous environment.
Understand complex business problems with ease and solve complex problems with a highly analytical approach.
Ability to multitask – maintains focus despite interruptions. Quickly re-evaluates priorities based on new information; quickly shifts attention between tasks/projects.
Ability to tailor communications so that they are appealing and understandable. Ability to convey technical and business information clearly and concisely to groups or individuals either verbally or in writing.
Comfortable with emerging technologies/trends
Multi-national collaboration: Displays cultural sensitivity; builds cross –cultural relationships and works effectively in a global environment.
Qualifications:
Excellent understanding on UNICA, DART, CMS, Excel, PowerPoint
Basic understanding of Big Data Technologies (Python/PySpark, Hive, SQL etc.,) is preferred.
Candidate should have a Bachelor’s/master’s degree in management, Marketing, IT or Engineering from a recognized university.
8-10 years of relevant work experience
Understanding of application architecture and technology infrastructure preferred
Work Timing : 3:00PM – 11:30PM IST
