The Corporate Card Administrator, reports to the Global Travel and Expense Program Manager, and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the Global Card program, with a strong focus on customer service and support.
What You’ll Do on a Typical Day :
Maintain and Administer the Global Card program for 23 countries while providing daily oversight and full cycle support of three card products; Corporate Card, Meeting Card and Virtual Card
Manage and respond to cardholder inquiries within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe
Act as primary point of contact between GBT and the Card Program Manager at American Express
Handle security issues such as fraud, compromised accounts, and lost/stolen cards by working directly with the cardholder and issuing bank (American Express)
Process credit card applications upon management approvals
Assist with cardholder reconciliations, terms and suspensions
Monitor non-business use of cards as related to business expenses
Train cardholders on how to use the Corporate Cards at the time of issue in accordance with the corporate policy and relevant operating instructions
Become an expert on pulling card data reports in the American Express online @Work portal
Assist with coordination and management of project work related to new acquisitions or program expansion
Deliver feedback to leadership on suggested policies and procedures to gain efficiencies and overall compliance with the Global Card Program management
Partner with Manager and Expense Systems Coordinator to proactively identify opportunities for program expansion
What We’re Looking For :
Strong Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, PowerPoint and advanced skills in Excel
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with others
Experience and confidence in communicating with senior leaders for general inquiries or issue resolution
Experience in account reconciliation
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with exemplary quality standards
Prepares thoroughly, takes responsibility, uses initiative and is self-reliant to ensure work progresses to the fullest extent possible
Proactive and highly motivated approach with strong organizational skills
Experience with Administrating or managing a corporate card program (preferred, not required)
Should be comfortable working in afternoon shifts
