As a Sales Associate with Assisted SSR, you will have the exciting opportunity to help sellers across India to get onboard on Amazon India. You will be the face of Amazon to sellers and first point of contact before they join Amazon. The role will require engaging with Partners & sellers at the start of their lifecycle and help them launch.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience, ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, comfortable working across multiple complex functions and capability to influence teams/individuals. The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems, training other stakeholders on systems and processes and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. The candidate will be comfortable in executing repeatable processes.
Key job responsibilities
. Responsible for onboarding sellers on Amazon India
. Engage with qualified leads with pitching for launching on Amazon and get higher conversion.
. Identify seller pain points and escalate the same to improve seller experience across
. Regularly meet existing service levels agreements, improve processes and device out innovative ways to improve leads to launch conversion
. Work with key internal stakeholders to set priorities and help unblock the sellers
. Track and report performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and seller launches targets
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Experience:
. More than 1 year of experience in sales
. Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction
. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA education Preferred
. Prior experience of sales in e-commerce
. Basic SQL knowledge. Comfortable with numbers and data.
. Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
