Amazon Fresh is an app-in-app experience for customer with a different check out journey. We are looking for a customer-obsessed, results-driven Sr. Marketing Manager, to manage customer communication on Fresh store and drive store level conversations. The candidate will lead merchandising & creative design charter and will be expected to lead team of site merchandisers & designers. This will be a highly cross- stakeholder management role where candidate will be expected to liaison with category teams, traffic & lifecycle marketing POC and product teams while defining the communication charter for Fresh store and drive key business objectives for Fresh via this channel.
Key job responsibilities
Create Storefront communication strategy for Amazon Fresh to drive Add- to-Carts and conversions on storefront
Develop mechanisms and SOP for merchandisers to drive BAU & event led executions
Plan experimentation roadmap and strategy for Fresh storefront to try out different communication variations and ideas
Drive savings & quality communications which are key trust and value drivers for our customers
Work on solving for customer frustrations and VOCs
Program manage Ads & monetization charter by partnering with category and Ads team
Drive ideas for customer engagement on storefront
Partner with product and technology teams to identify new opportunities to increase engagement New to Fresh and repeat customers for Fresh

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
5+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience communicating results to stakeholders
Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
Experience executing scaled marketing campaigns through email or social media
