H&M Virtual Services Pvt Ltd. is one of the leading backed services providers in Australia. Our major clients are Australian-based solar retailers who sell solar panels in Australia. with the team of experts, we provide backend and telesales services to these Australian-based solar retailers.
Now we are looking for expanding our sales team based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India This sales team will help our Australian clients in getting the sales for their business.
About the Job Role:
Your main role is to contribute to generating sales for Australian Solar Company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Goals/Deliverables
The main goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers by closing/winning Solar installations, building trust between customers and the company, and creating a brand reputation.
Job Role
Manage and close all incoming inquiries on each platform; Phone, Email, Live chat – Amazing Web, FB, Insta, Lead agents, Deal sites
Perform sales consultations over the phone & zoom
Prepare and send quotations, daily follow-ups, and Close Sales
Lead nurturing & scheduling appointments
CRM; enter, track & update leads and prospects on a daily basis
Maintain records of calls and sales/clients and note useful information
Actively seek out referrals from existing customers & new appointments
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Actively seek out feedback and reviews from installed customer
Responsibilities
Submit accurate sales paperwork in a timely manner
Help customers in processing their state rebates
Submit an accurate daily activity report just before you log off
Immediately inform your manager or the admin team of any changes to the customer orders; product/price/payment method
Attend daily, weekly, monthly & sales meetings
Educate customers on how solar can benefit them financially and its environmental impact
Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
Experience minimum 1 -3 years (Preferably from MNCs like Genpact, HCL, TCS, Infosys)
