1. Must be very good in English and understand customer problems
2. Reply to WhatsApp queries, Facebook Instagram Comments.
3. Convince customer about product features and place order on their behalf (Incentive involved)
4. Respond to customer calls and complaints and co ordinate with team to solve them with given SLA
5. Coordinate with courier partners for daily delivery followups
6. Sales Enquiry creation and follow ups.
7. Admin and account related activities.
8.Ecommerce order processing and Damage and return claims.
