Responsibilities

· Answering phones and explaining the Laptop related services

· Contacting existing clients as well as prospective clients for order followup

· Obtaining client information and other relevant data.

· Asking questions to the clients and understanding their specifications.

· Resolving queries and issues related to the Laptop, printers related products and services.

· Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

· Maintaining the database of the clients on a regular basis.

· Suggesting solutions based on clients needs and requirements.

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Great interpersonal skills.

· Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

· Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

· Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
