The applicant should support the company’s strategic project management efforts, organize internal and external meetings, and manage mail and communications on its behalf.
The ideal applicant will be detail-oriented and should be able to work under pressure and reach tight deadlines.
Manage information flow and serve as a point of contact for executives and firm’s employees/clients.
Organize diaries and daily schedules (set up meetings, reviews, speaking engagements)
For internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, weekly and monthly reports, and so on – format, assemble and record information.
Phone calls are screened and directed, and correspondence is kept up to date.
Answering queries about Quotations sent to client and client management.
Scheduling of meetings with direct reports all well as other team members if needed
Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondences
Using Social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Search Engines, etc.
Assistance in Project Management
Clients Management
Routine follow-ups with Clients as necessary
Working on team building activities
Requirements
Active team player with a positive mindset and a natural leadership ability
To be able to do the jobs properly, applicants need to be familiar with MS Office, Excel, and other office applications.
Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi
Good communication skills, both verbal & written skills
Should be able to multitask well.
Excellent presentation and dispute resolution abilities
Willingness to take initiative and the ability to be proactive
Skills in time management and cooperation
Interacting with staff and liaising with clients and vendors
