Ø Managing the day-to-day activities of the team. (Assigning the Survey, Postponing of Survey, Cancellation of Survey, Changing the time Slots)
Ø Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve Team targets.
Ø Sharing data of daily wise surveys report how many Survey Allocated to Specific FO’s.
Ø Sharing data daily wise Survey report that how many Survey punched at Specific Location. (Physical Survey’s & Video Survey’s).
Ø Sharing daily business Report of FO’s.
Ø Sharing Fortnight & Monthly Business Report with FO’s (Survey Attended, Survey Cancelled, Quotation Generated, and Booking Confirmed).
Ø Conducting Weekly, Fortnight & Monthly review meetings regarding the Business with Management.
Ø Sharing the Performance Report of FO’s with their Business Comparison of Current & Previous Month.
Ø Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
Ø Delegating tasks to team members.
Ø CFR Day can be organized if the booking is not up to expectation level.
Ø Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential & for Non Performer we conduct the Regular Training.
Ø Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, Innovations and communication skills.
Ø Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
Ø Sharing the PIP Letters (Performance Improvement Plan) for the Under Performer.
Ø Transferring of FO’s from one location other at the time of requirement or Recruiting New Field Officers as per the requirement.
Ø Giving Target to the FO’s to make an On the Spot CFR in Maximum nos.
Ø Whenever there are less surveys then FO’s visit at the branch office or Make a Corporate Visit or Bank Visit.
