Job Details

*Verifying the E- way bill.
*Coordination with Customer
•Pro-actively coordinate with Client for Orders – Agreement or L1 based Receipt of indent from client Coordination with all concerned so as to meet L1 in case it is not agreement based
•Through Bidding Through coordination with Traffic team / all concerned try level best that no order is dropped coordinate with dispatch location for timely pick up of consignment
•Preparation of Cost Benefit Analysis on a periodic basis and submitting to BDM and Ensuring margins to the Organization
•Ensure timely deployment of vehicle, tracking of consignment Providing MIS report on a periodic basis to client Updation of KAM Dashboard Ensure timely delivery as per commitment.
•Monthly Periodic reviews with Client so that service can be taken to the next level and Feedback from Client and adherence to the same
•Preparation of quotation as per finalized rate and sharing with Clients Initial negotiations with Client Trial Run coordination, if required
• Plan and Supervised the Outgoing and Incoming loads and Bulk Shipments, tracking the consignment on TAT.
•Implement & ensure 100% adherence of SOPs for all steps related to all functions.
•100% Accuracy and timely submission of reports: – 1) Daily work Report & 2) Monthly / Weekly Sales Report, 3) Monthly Transportation Review Report.
•Working with Clients list: – Siemens Group / Henkel Group / Godrej Group / Carestream / Tata Steel / Maersk / Sony Ltd / Material Organization (Indian Navy) / Epiroc Mining / Wirttgen Group / Arch Chemicals / Blue Star / Liebherr Group / Power Grid Corporation ETC…
