Job Description
Conduct technical assessments of construction projects at various stages of development to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Evaluate project feasibility and identify potential risks and challenges.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the construction process. Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our company remains at the forefront of technical due diligence in the civil construction industry.
Visual inspection of the structure health & prepare the Site Observation Report with Photographs & Marked drawings in a standard format.
Circulate the report to the Client with recommendations and suggest the required test like NDT etc.
Prepare Engineering Repair Methodology & treatment process as per standards with all specifications.
Once all observations rectified by the contractor then plan for 2 nd inspection visit at site & make a final report & circulate to the Client.
Qualification : BE (Civil)
Experience : 5 to 7 years
