- Establish and nurture relationships with publishers, demonstrating the value proposition of our platform.
- Negotiate partnership terms, including revenue share agreements and performance incentives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to publishers, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to help publishers maximize their revenue potential.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to offer innovative solutions to partners.
- Identify and approach potential advertisers to promote our platform and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, brands, and direct advertisers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for advertisers.
- Customize advertising solutions to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client.
- Negotiate and finalize advertising agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and clear expectations.
- Provide ongoing support and reporting to advertisers, ensuring campaign success and satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the Affiliate industry domain.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic, display, video, and mobile advertising.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to partners.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools.
