Eligibility Criteria:
3+ years in Voice/Customer Service position
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Should be proficient in dealing with US customers and clients
Strong literary comprehension capability
Applicant should be flexible with rotational shifts working in US time zones
Good interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem solving
Demonstrates behavior that promotes the values of the organization
Job Description:
Responsible for handling customer queries relating to Plan & Participant
Interact with Authorized Contacts in a friendly and courteous manner
Maintain professionalism and etiquette while on calls
Should be a quick learner and
Follow-up on queries and provide timely resolution
Maintain quality and productivity benchmarks
Avoid unplanned absenteeism
Fulfill requests by completing transactions and forwarding requests
Ownership & Accountability on open cases that you are working with clients
Provide timely and accurate resolution to avoid repeat calls
Identify opportunities to retain clients longer and maintain positive OSAT scores
Maintain Quality and Productivity benchmarks
Avoid unplanned absenteeism
Adhere to schedules set by WFM
Login beyond scheduled hours to support business during peak volume days/months
Be Flexible for Adhoc trainings on regulatory and operational changes as needed
