About Arcitech:
Arcitech is a dynamic player in the Information Technology and Services industry, known for its innovative websites, apps, CRM, ERP, AI-integrated products, and multi-vendor websites, alongside a robust digital marketing portfolio. We are looking for a highly skilled and efficient Admin Executive to ensure the smooth running of our office operations and provide essential support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and organize office operations, including maintaining files, records, and documentation, ensuring everything is up-to-date and easily accessible.
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members, ensuring efficient time management.
– Assist in preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
– Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary, keeping track of inventory and budget constraints.
– Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
– Support the HR department in recruitment and onboarding processes, providing administrative assistance during these critical phases.
– Assist the Accounts department with bank-related tasks and financial research, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
– Plan and organize company events and activities, contributing to a positive and cohesive workplace culture.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
– Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the IT industry, is beneficial but not mandatory for freshers.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with other office equipment and software systems.
– Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
