The Role
You will have the opportunity to play a key role in building new software products and features from the ground up. Your work will allow you to utilize a melting pot of technologies, programming languages, and systems and require you to keep up with the ever-changing technological landscape. Responsibilities
Participate in technical specification design, technical roadmap, and implementation.
Perform and assist engineers through code reviews, acceptance testing, bug fixing, and general support.
Help shape the direction of systems design by defining high-level architecture, principles, and standards.
Manage engineers on multiple technical projects and ensure schedules, milestones, and priorities are compatible with technology and business goals.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
The years of experience, pedigree, last role is all good to know. But, what we truly value is your knowledge, ideation, agility, team-spirit, can-do attitude and farsightedness.
Skills and responsibilities
6-8 years post-qualification experience in the startup ecosystem, experience in the Fintech space will be an advantage.
Participate in and conduct tech architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews
Provide technical leadership, drive technology architecture and inculcate best practices
Languages + Frameworks: Java (Spring Boot), Angular, MongoDB
Comfortable bridging the strategic objectives of the organization with internal engineering practices
You should be responsible, transparent, reliable & accountable with good stakeholder management skills.
