Key Responsibilities:
– Develop dashboards, executive summaries, and weekly/monthly reports to measure against KPIs and market dynamics.
– Track business performance and provide insights and recommendations to advise sales leadership on forecasting and day-to-day decisions. Partner with functional leaders to provide reporting on spend and resource planning.
– Work with finance, sales operations, and deal desk to evaluate and manage win/loss data to understand and quantify customer decisions.
– Lead operational processes of the sales organization, such as quota management, territory allocation, audits, reports, and dashboard development, data checks & maintenance.
– Provide insights on a variety of decision-making projects that will shape Innova Solution’s future go-to-market model.-
– Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Sales Operations teams and cross-functional partners (business operations, sales leadership, HR, finance, and systems teams) to achieve objectives and gather data.
Skillset and people abilities:
– Highly quantitative skillset with experience working with data analytics, financial analysis and modelling, industry analysis, competitive benchmarking, building TAM, regression analysis modelling.
– Present findings from analysis to external and internal clients/stakeholders.
– Use a professional presentation style to communicate and creates effective visuals to convey data/info in easily digestible manner with clear takeaways.
– Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision making for leaders.
– Comfortable utilizing business case development and strategic thinking to solve problems.
– Prepare, organize, and display financial data/results to convey targeted messages for each type of audience in leadership.
– Independent decision-making skills and ability multi-task across 3-4 strategy projects at the same time
– Collaborates cross-functionally across a global organization, across time-zones
– Builds influence with C-executives to drive analysis and results.
– Experience in communicating and presenting effectively to Senior Executives.
– Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders.
Qualifications, work experience and tools:
– Bachelor’s or Graduate’s Degree in business, business administration, computer science or engineering or equivalent experience from top tier schools like IITs, IIMs, ISB etc.
– Prior experience as a management/strategy consultant at top tier firms like MBB, Big four (Deloitte, KPMG, PWC, EY), I-Banks, PE/VC firms.
– Expertise in Tools (a must/willing to learn quickly) –
– Office 365 – advanced excel analysis and PowerPoint skills.
– Deep expertise in power BI dashboards
– Other data visualization tools Tableau.
