Administrative Assistant Acesoft Inc, Technopark Kollam
We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to assist withour HR department-related tasks.
To play a vital role in engaging the people who work for the company as we explore how we work together in new ways by designing and implementing dynamic internal campaigns that embed and develop our culture. This is a work from office job role.
IMPORTANT: Excellent communication skills in English language is mandatory.
Responsibilities and Duties
· To take a lead role in the following activities:
· Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
· Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
· Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
· Delivering a consistent approach to all internal communications
· Improving the way, we listen to, communicate, engage and motivate staff- Improving the involvement of staff in shaping and influencing the direction of the organisation.
· Develop channels of communication relevant to the needs of the workforce
· Make sure employees have a voice that is visibly listened to.
· Support organisational change by creating effective internal communications strategies and ensuring best practices across all services as change is managed.
· To coordinate and evaluate and effectiveness of the workforce engagement strategy.
· Monitor financial budgets for engagement activity
· To take responsibility for own continuous professional development
Qualifications and Experience
Degree level or equivalent. Professional qualification in MBA (HR) desirable. Where a candidate does not possess the qualification, they may be deemed qualified by evidence of proven ability and experience.

Salary: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Work time: US / Canada business hours.
