Students are encouraged to seek solutions for their academic queries from our panel of subject matter experts to get detailed and speedy solutions. About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Communicate with the website leads through the in-house portal and third-party system by chat messaging in a professional manner
2. Work with multiple digital platforms
3. Execute the strategies for communication with the company’s clients
4. Understand the exact requirements of the clients and proceed to act accordingly.
5. Work on handling calls, emails, and chats for maintaining communication among team
members, clients, and subject matter experts on our websites.
6. Direct everyday undertaking coordination, arranging, and execution of customer onboarding
and full-filling business prerequisites.
7. Create and carry out business methodology, and impact change through viable
relationships with the executives across a wide organization of customers.
8. Offer help/help to other colleagues and work with the outreach groups and different offices
to assist them with learning changes to advertise patterns and improvements to strategies.
9. Aiding the administration of group responsibility and guaranteeing the smooth organization
of work in the tasks group.
10. React ideal to data demands from customers, clients, examiners, and controllers and show
enhanced execution results to administrative and chief administration.
11. Giving specialized information, direction, and coaching to clients and researchers.
