Windows Administrator
- Trained in windows and Linux
- Trained in Active Directory/Azure Cloud AD, DHCP, DNS, Group Policies, GPO, etc.
- Supporting & Monitoring the NOC Operation regarding VPN
- Understanding of WAN and LAN switching and routing.
- Network monitoring and management
- Must be able to provide Network, Software and hardware support for all Internal and Remote employees
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems etc.
