Responsibilities: Customer Support II Problem Solving at MNCs
• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries and record details of complaints
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
– 6 days working & 1 day rotational week off.
– 9hours of shift including 1 hour break
– Rotational shifts (includes night shift sometimes)
– Work From Office
