Unique Knowledge &; Skill Requirement:
· Good in Communication skill.
Good customer service skill with neutral accent.
Basic technical knowledge of Telecom Industry, OSI Model, Different Networks, Computers, peripherals like Modem, Routers, Switches, Windows operating systems, Internet connectivity, Email software, Browser software.
Ability to multi-task in usage of different applications and tools.
· Any Technical course will get Advantage.
