Job Title – Technical Customer Service Agent
Position Time Requirement – Full Time
Location – FULLY REMOTE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Act as a liaison between our Support team and its customers
• Communicate frequently with customers to answer questions, help them set up appointments, and learn more about their systems
• Call and speak with customers over the phone to gather information from customers regarding issues they face or questions they have
• Break down issues customers may be solving into milestones for resolution
• Track customer onboarding progress and flag any delays or issues to supervisor
• Communicate with customer across a variety of platforms
• Maintain the technical support calendar and meeting schedule
• Establish strong and meaningful relationship with customers
• Record interactions with customers and report them to supervisor
• Provide feedback to supervisor regarding customer service processes and suggestions for how they may be improved

Requirements

• Must read/write/speak English FLUENTLY with American or British accent
• Must be able to work during Pacific Standard Time timezone (8am – 5pm Pacific Standard Time)
• Must be familiar with email writing etiquette and sending calendar invites with Outlook
• Must be EXTREMELY organized and detail oriented

Salary: From ₹22,961.25 per month
