Role: HR Recruiter
JD:
Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants.
Formatting of CVs to present candidates to best advantage.
listen to candidate’s requirements and present appropriately to make a perfect match with client’s requirements.
maintain and develop relationships with existing candidates via telephone calls and emails
respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
negotiate the terms of an agreement and close candidate’s requirements.
challenge any objections with a view to getting the candidate to avail recruitment services
create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process, which is largely dictated by the prospective candidate.
make accurate, rapid cost calculations for recruitment services and providing candidates with quotations.
review your own performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
Prepare schedules and action plans to identify specific targets
Follow up with leads and referrals generated from online
Identify and resolve candidate’s concerns and Provide regular follow up on the inquires.
Counseling candidates for a skilled/Work visa for UAE, Australia, Canada etc.

Target: To convert 30 profiles/Month (who will avail our paid recruitment consulting services.)
Conditions: First one month will be your trial period in which employer can judge your accomplishment/return.
