Roles & Responsibilities:
•Proficiency in analyzing claims via online checks & by calling insurance companies to address outstanding payments, facilitating conversion of unpaid claims to reimbursements.
•The target is to achieve a monthly production rate of 100% with a quality standard of 98% as per the company’s guidelines.
•Meet productivity and quality standards.
• Strict adherence to information security guidelines and HIPAA compliance, ensuring the secure handling and confidentiality of patient information.
• Should be a team player and collaborate in solving the issues and problems.
• Complying with assigned shift schedules, proactively scheduling leave in advance, and effectively communicating with supervisors to obtain approval.
