This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate – Inside Sales located in Bengaluru & Noida. The Associate – Inside Sales will be responsible for daily activities such as lead generation, account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Associate – Inside Sales is also expected to provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, and Lead Generation
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction levels
Experience in the education industry or ed-tech space is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficient in English & Hindi Spoken Language
Strong organization, planning, and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
