Job Discription
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a strategic plan to establish partnerships with badminton players, coaches, clubs, and associations to promote Cappella Sports’ products and services.
· Identify and approach potential partners and negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
· Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the badminton community, including players, coaches, club managers, and association representatives.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns targeting the badminton community.
· Organize events, tournaments, workshops, and other activities to increase brand visibility and attract potential customers.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of partnership initiatives and events.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to maximize business growth.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership programs and recommend improvements.
· Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership and outreach activities.
· Represent Cappella Sports at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and expand business opportunities.
· Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding partnership progress and outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sports management, or a related field.
· 2 years’ experience in partnership development, business development, or sales, preferably in the sports industry.
· Strong understanding of the badminton industry, its key players, and relevant market dynamics.
· Excellent networking and relationship-building skills to engage with players, coaches, clubs, and associations effectively.
· Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage partnership agreements.
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate the value proposition of Cappella Sports to potential partners.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
· Flexibility to travel occasionally for meetings, events, and industry gatherings.
