– Represent HR in all relevant forums and interactions with prospective and existing client teams including presenting the Talent strategy to the clients
– Experience of leading specific initiatives like Retention strategy, Sucession planning, Talent mobility and skill enhancement would be an added advantage
– Review continuously the performance feedback for individuals within remit/ Team in order to anticipate and manage potential performance issues.
– Proactively monitor personnel issues or situations
– Communicate company-wide initiatives to group supported
