Job Description:
Zybo Tech Lab, a dynamic and innovative technology firm, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of successful deal closures.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
2. Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
3. Product Knowledge:*Develop a deep understanding of Zybo Tech Lab’s products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
4. Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive and effective presentations to showcase our products, addressing client requirements and demonstrating how Zybo Tech Lab can meet their business needs.
5. Closing Deals: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
6. Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and deal stages.
7. Collaboration:Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to align efforts and contribute to the overall success of Zybo Tech Lab.
8. Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to provide insights for product enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications
1. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience or fresher in IT sales with a successful track record in closing deals.
3. **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technology solutions.
4. **Negotiation Skills:** Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close deals.
5. **Team Player:** Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
6. **Initiative:** Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
7. **Technology Aptitude:** Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
