The purpose of Amazon Fresh is to provide a wide good quality selection at 2 hour, same day scheduled and reliable delivery for grocery and consumables products. The program is highly cross-functional in nature, intensive and requires a number of India-first solutions to be created.
IN Fresh is looking for a talented, driven and experienced Marketing Manager to lead traffic and demand initiatives. It is a pivotal role that will contribute to the evolution and success of one of the key priorities of the organization. Joining the team means partnering with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Key job responsibilities
This role requires deep understanding of customer behavior on-site, paid & free traffic channels, familiarity with tactics to influence customer behaviors (promotions, merchandising), experience of setting up mechanisms to understand customer insights, strong analytical skills to deep dive on customer data to identify trends and actionable insights.
We expect the Marketing Manager to be a passionate customer advocate within Amazon, with proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task. The Marketing Manager must be an effective negotiator, leader and communicator in working with some of Amazon’s most important partners and vendors, as well as with internal cross-functional teams. He /she is expected to drive projects of high complexity and operates with significant autonomy and discretion while influencing other external teams.

– 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– 5+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
– Experience communicating results to stakeholders
– Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
– Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
– Experience executing scaled marketing campaigns through email or social media
