The Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Asia team is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Administrator. This role will support the GM, Talent Acquisition, Asia and partners closely with the Business Manager and GTA Asia team to ensure the business is set up for success.
The Executive Business Administratorwill have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, written and verbal communicationskills, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability tomaintaina realistic balance among multiple, time-sensitivepriorities, and work in a demanding and high paced environment.They will be able to manage ambiguity, maintain professional and positive interactions with others and be able to establish professional relationships and credibility with all internal and external contacts. A successful candidate should be able to work with stakeholders across regions and timezones.

Responsibilities
You will provide calendar and time planning support for GTA Asia Leader and may manage community space calendars. Youll also begin to develop trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple organizations.
You will support the planning and coordination of events, as well as help determine other event needs. Youll also carry out various projects and tasks with little to no supervision.
You will oversee inventory management and participate in discretionary budget tracking and reporting.
Resource management including hardware/supply management, purchase/expense management.
Youll also understand and help implement rhythm of business (ROB).
You will maintain up-to-date space-management processes and team spaces, using data to recommend changes and identify future requirements.
Youll also provide travel arrangements and may create itineraries for daily activities.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years experience serving as mentor to others.
3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
Preferably experienced in supporting a diverse multicultural team across multiple geos.
