School Principal School Management Vice Principal
Responsibilities:
1. Academic Leadership:
Develop and articulate a clear and compelling educational vision aligned with the school’s mission and goals. Lead curriculum development, implementation, and assessment to ensure academic excellence.
Monitor student performance and analyze data to drive evidence-based instructional strategies.
2. School Administration:
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and facilities management. Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure effective resource allocation and utilization.
Implement policies and procedures that create a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment.
3. Staff Development and Management:
Recruit, hire, and retain high-quality educators and staff members. Provide ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching and leadership skills.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages innovation and growth.
4. Student Welfare:
Promote a student-centered approach, focusing on holistic development and well-being. Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and the broader community.
Address student concerns, behavioral issues, and academic challenges in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Education or a related field with a minimum of 55% passing marks.
Proven track record of 10-15 years of successful experience as a Principal or Vice Principal in a K-12 school. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills,
