Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-person and phone interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position
2. Utilize various search methods to source candidates and develop a strong talent pipeline
3. Manage the onboarding and new hire process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
4. Stay updated on current recruiting trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies
5. Assist in crafting comprehensive and effective job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the role
6. Act as a liaison between the organization and external entities such as work organizations, affiliations, and agencies
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. MBA (HR) fresher (preferred)
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills
3. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
