– Work with the Talent Acquisition team to drive hiring and ensure manpower requirement is met
– Own, drive, advise and support line managers through the annual HR processes around performance, promotions, bonus, annual pay, potential assessment and succession planning
– Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
– Conduct one on one skip level meetings on a monthly basis
– Identify training needs for teams and individual executive coaching needs
– Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success
– Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
– Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
