Description & Responsibilities: We are looking for an individual with 2-4 years of Medical Representative experience who can be the Customer Service Manager for CMEs and healthcare conferences on Medical Learning Hub (MLH).
This job requires the individual to be technology savvy, a conversation driver, self-motivated, with strong work ethics, and able to work remotely online with minimum supervision. You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to all customer queries on MLH and its social media accounts, make calls to doctors and clients, create online website pages through an admin panel access to MLH (after training).
Key requirements include:
Qualifications: Graduate in related field (Healthcare), Excellent communicator in English and Hindi
Salary: 20,000.00 – 30,000.00 per month
