Eligibility Criteria:
Proven work experience as recruiter from IT/Electrical/Electronic industry.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in related technical and/or human resources field from reputed institute.
Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills- Front-end, Back-end, Mobile Technologies etc.
Should have had working experience with executive search firms.
Experience using job portals, social media and other hiring tools.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Strong work ethics and sense of commitment.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and timeline conscious
Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Job Responsibilities:
Handle end to end hiring process from sourcing till on boarding.
Collaborates with business unit/hiring managers to close all open positions.
Research and identify the most suitable platforms and options for sourcing relevant profiles.
Responsible to screen candidates resumes and job applications with regards to relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Conduct screening interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates and find the right-fit profile.
Co-ordinate and set up candidate’s interviews with hiring managers.
Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Should be able to close open position requirements within the set time-frame.
Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
