We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Representative, Fresher with good communication skills(Us Accent) for Mohali- onsite in US Shift(Night shift)
Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to increase market share.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer needs are being met.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software and good in excel.
Required to work in US Shift (Night Shift).
