BDM-HR Consulting(Government Sales)
– The incumbent will respond to RFP, tenders, develop sales with new clients, look at new regions and PSE organizations, including Government of India establishments, ministries, state and other government sector establishments.
– Will be responsible for meeting allocated revenue targets & build a strong pipeline for future growth.
– Should have experience in government sector in sales or BD role. Will execute growth strategy, conduct regular market search exercises to identify new PSE accounts, government – both central and state and their HR and Leadership needs.
– Contribute to prospect identification, proposal writing, opportunity identification, pitch preparation, and client presentation.
– Build Advisory capability, provide after-sales support & build good relationships with new and existing customers.
