Designation : Senior Analyst – Research & Insights
Working Hours : 1PM – 10PM IST
Job Summary :
We are seeking a Measurement Research Analyst to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of our clients’ advertising campaigns and providing actionable insights to improve their advertising strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Primary responsibilities :
– Develop and implement measurement strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of our clients’ advertising campaigns.
– Conduct research and analysis to optimize advertising strategies.
– Gather and analyze data using a variety of research methods including surveys, website analytics, and ad performance metrics.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop recommendations for improving advertising strategies based on research insights.
– Develop reports and presentations to communicate research findings to internal stakeholders and clients.
– Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in advertising measurement methodologies.
– Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising strategies based on research insights.
Mandatory Skills :
– Master’s degree in marketing, statistics, data science, or a related field.
– 4+ years of research experience working in a market research or advertising agency preferably on ad effectiveness research.
– Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams stateside
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Ability to supervise and mentor a small team of junior researchers.
